Yes, we are fully licensed by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism and the Hellenic Ministry of Transport.
Υou may book our service online through our Contact form or by email info@blackleaderathens.com. You can fill in our reservation form with all required details related to your transfer or tour. You will then receive an email confirmation from us with all relevant information. Black Leader Athens offers you a 24 hours / 7 days a week online booking system so that it is easy to book your tour anytime you wish.
Should you wish clarification on information related to the vehicle, driver, guide (if applicable) or recommended routes, or wish to request a personalized itinerary with a tour guide, please do not hesitate to contact us either by emailing our Customer Care team or calling our office at +30 693 6617 949 from Monday to Sunday (24/7).
You can make a reservation with us up to 24 hours prior to your arrival. Having said that, however, we do recommend that you make your booking as soon as you have all your travel details finalized. We are at your service to answer any questions you might have and assist you in finding the optimal solution for your stay.
The driver will be at the arrival hall (airport) / dock (port)/ hotel where he will wait with a sign displaying the name you provided at the booking.
Make sure to include your mobile telephone number on the reservation form so that we are able to contact you either by calling or via WhatsApp or Viber if necessary. In the event that you cannot locate your chauffeur, please contact our office immediately, so that a representative can assist you directly and efficiently.
Even though you can find itinerary for each tour, we are flexible to amend the departure time of a daily or a 2-day tour according to your needs and wish.
We receive continuous updating of flight and sailing route schedules concerning our clients. To this end, we would appreciate it if you filled in all relevant information regarding flight numbers and dates or sailing dates and ship names on the reservation form so that we are notified in a timely manner as to potential airport or port delays/cancellations. Our clients do not incur any extra charge for such delays/cancellations.
In the case that you miss your flight or boat, or a flight or scheduled sailing departure has been cancelled due to weather conditions, please contact us at your earliest convenience so as to rearrange your reserved transportation services and keep your booking active for 24 hours at no extra charge.
Failure to honor your reservation will result in our company having to apply the terms and conditions which are set out for our unimpeded functioning and are available in detail on our company website.
Some of travel products - such as ferry tickets or accommodation - cannot be amended without cost. In the event that a tour is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or a strike in Greece, you can amend your booking dates or check for any other available tours for the same days.
Amendment of dates of tours has to be confirmed with alternative available dates at least 48 hours prior to the agreed date of travel otherwise you will be charged accordingly.
Our prices include taxes, car insurance, fuel, tolls, and parking fees. Admission to sites and lunch are not included.
The rates for our services are based on choice of vehicle, distance to be travelled and special requests/ requirements. All prices are fixed and are clearly outlined on our website for your convenience.
You can book your transfer or tour online and pay in the following ways:
Reservation is finalized only upon receipt of BLA confirmation e-mail and an advance payment of 20% of the total cost. The rest of the amount should be deposited up to 48 hours prior to the agreed date and time of travel.
All payments should be made through the same method you selected when booking.
There are 4 types of suitcases (length x width x depth) in cm [and in] :
• Small suitcase (or Cabin size or Hand luggage) : 55 x 40 x 20 [in: 22 x 16 x 8] (~ 40 lt.)
• Medium suitcase (or Normal size) : 65 x 50 x 25 [in: 25 x 20 x 10] (~ 75 lt.)
• Large suitcase (or Big size) : 75 x 50 x 30 [in: 30 x 20 x 12] (~ 120 lt.)
• Extra Large suitcase (or Very big size) : 80 x 55 x 35 [in: 31 x 22 x 14] (~ 150 lt.)
We would appreciate it if we were informed of the number of luggage carried well in advance.
Black Leader Athens operates all year around 24/7. We can also inform you of any local public holidays during which some archaeological sites, museums etc. may be closed to the public.
Transfer, tours and services provided by Black Leader Athens are available in English.
Should you wish us to provide guiding service by a licensed guide at extra cost, please make your request when booking online.
We regret to let you know that we do not offer a travel insurance. Please contact your insurance advisor.
Certainly. Simply let us know the number of children accompanying you as well as their age, and Black Leader Athens will ensure that the vehicle you will be travelling in has the required number of child safety seats at no extra charge.
You can bring along your pet without additional charges as long as it is carried within a special and safe container/carrier or pet travel bag. We also allow assistance animals (trained assistance dogs) in our vehicles as long as they are leashed.
