The tour starts with a scenic drive along the coast, providing views of charming Greek seaside villages and Salamis Island, the site of a famous historic naval battle between the Athenians and the Persians in 480 B.C. Your first stop will be the Corinth Canal, which opened in 1892 and separates the Peloponnese peninsula from the rest of Greece, connecting the Saronic to the Corinthian Gulf. You can walk across the pedestrian bridge to observe the canal up close and admire this engineering marvel.

Afterwards, you will visit Ancient Corinth, historically dominated by the Acrocorinth hill, the most ancient and extensive castle in southern Greece. The site, located at the foot of the hill, includes the Roman Agora of Corinth, the Temple of God Apollo, and a small museum. In addition to its historical and archaeological significance, Ancient Corinth is also a prevalent destination of religious worship in Greece. It was here that Apostle Paul preached Christianity, and established the best organized Christian church of the time.

Following that, you will be driven up to the impressive Acrocorinth Castle to capture stunning photos of the Corinthian Gulf, admire the spectacular view and marvel at the remarkable castle.
